By accepting a quote or booking a service with Cold Front Clearing, you agree to the following:
Quotes & Payment
Prices are based on the work discussed. If the job changes or additional work is requested, the price may change. Some services may require a deposit to secure your booking.
Scheduling
Service times may change due to weather, road conditions, equipment issues or other unexpected circumstances.
Snow Removal
Snow removal does not guarantee completely bare or ice-free surfaces. Salting is only included when stated in your quote or agreement. Municipal plow buildup will be handled according to your snow-removal agreement.
Property Access
Please keep service areas accessible and let us know about hidden objects, damaged areas or other hazards that could affect our work.
Lawn & Yard Cleanup
Please remove toys, hoses, wires and other objects before service. We provide the work listed in your accepted quote.
Junk Removal
Pricing is based on the amount and type of material being removed. Extra material may cost more. We do not remove hazardous, illegal or unsafe materials.
Roof Snow Clearing
Roof clearing is only completed where it can be done safely. We may refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Damage & Concerns
We take reasonable care while working on your property. Please tell us about any existing damage, hidden obstacles or concerns before work begins and contact us promptly if there is an issue afterward.
